Adaptable Recipe Templates
I think of adaptables as recipes that are especially easy to use with whatever is in your fridge. They don’t rely on whole wheat flour, or capers, or cucumbers, or much of anything else. These recipes rely on textures like “pureé” and chemical processes like “heat”. I have tried to write them in such a way as a relative novice can also serve up a successful dish.
