What do I mean by “Kitchen Patterns?
When I think of kitchen patterns I think of my Mom’s steak soup, rich with veggies and ground beef, just a slight shift away from beef stew, stroganoff, minestrone. Maybe dinner started as a Thanksgiving turkey or a roast beef. Mom made leftovers into an ingredient and then she used them to make something new. Kitchen alchemy.
Kitchen Patterns is my attempt to pull the curtain away and reveal as many little bits information as I can find to help you turn your mysterious kitchen into a refuge and hearth.
